Ailish Riggs Dermody, MA, NCC is the founder of Safe Solace Counseling and is currently pursuing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Marymount University. As a Resident in Counseling in private practice she works with adults experiencing grief, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. She also serves as a Grief Specialist with Experience Camps, facilitating clinical sessions for grieving children and their families. She is a certified equine facilitated psychotherapist and has developed and implemented equine facilitated groups for substance use, grief, and women in recovery. She earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University.
